Not only i'm able to sleep better, but i feel a lot less lethargic during the day, i don't have to rely on coffee anymore. Sleeping habits have noticeably improved.

My night sweats were out of control, i wasn't able to get a full night's sleep for two weeks. Now i can finally sleep through the night, hot flashes and night sweats are almost non existent.

I started getting eczema on my legs and arms, and i've never had before. I noticed my skin was getting incredibly dry. Now is clearer, brighter with improved skin tone and texture.
